Coronavirus – Important Update.

As we are currently in National Lockdown – at PJR we are permitted to carefully continue with our installation services for Windows Doors, Conservatories and Double Glazing Repairs – within guidelines.

We want to reassure you that we are fully committed to protecting our valued customers and staff and have carried out detailed risk assessments and developed additional procedures, including a higher level of hygiene and distancing policies. We have sourced a good level of PPE for our staff and all our quotation, surveying, service and installation personnel are instructed to put safety at the forefront of all their tasks.

Now is the time to get in contact for a free, no obligation quotation for new windows, doors, a conservatory, or repairs to existing double glazing. We already have a large current order book and are operating on a “first come, first served basis” so please get in touch at your earliest convenience.

We can currently enter your home to provide you with a quotation, whilst following strict Covid secure guidelines, but we do encourage you to take advantage of our completely remote quotation service. This service can include telephone or web/email quotations, based on your approximate measurements, descriptions and/or your photographs. We may also arrange to view your requirements from outside.

Showroom

From Monday 12th April 2021, in line with the lifting of certain Lockdown restrictions, we are able to welcome customers into our showroom, to view our wide range of products.

However, If you do wish to visit our showroom, we encourage you to telephone us beforehand, to make an appointment. To protect all our visitors and staff as much as possible, we are restricting showroom visitors to one household at any one time. This also gives us the opportunity to sanitise all door and window handles between visits. By making an appointment, you guarantee that you will not have to potentially queue up outside until other customers leave and we complete our cleaning regime. We also request that face coverings are worn, whilst on our premises, by anyone who is not exempt.

Our showroom opening hours are Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm, Friday – 9am to 4pm and Saturday – 10am to 2pm
